What FamilyDesk provides

FamilyDesk provides household organization and record-keeping tools, including tasks, checklists, payroll calculations, payslips and contract workflows.

Payments

Payroll calculations and mark-paid records are assistive tools. FamilyDesk does not hold, transfer or disburse wages. Families and helpers remain responsible for agreeing how and when money is paid.

Your responsibility

Keep account credentials private, provide accurate household information and review payroll, payslip and contract details before relying on them. Automated records do not replace professional legal, tax or employment advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to impersonate another person, access a household without permission, upload unlawful content or interfere with the service.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact support through the message or email that introduced you to FamilyDesk.
